just a dream...

the only thing MORE infuriating than being asked if i want utinsels with take-out food (seriously! it is called "take-out" because i am not eating it here...so YES i will need utinsels) is when they ask and then proceed to not add said utinsels, so i get to my office with soup and fruit and only my hands to make up the difference, which would be fine, except it is french onion soup (NOT on my wedding dress diet, but three days away, i decided to splurge...along with pizza last night. this diet has not been very effective) and harder to sip down without being suffocated by the delicious mountain of cheese i adore.

last night we had BIG v-day plans. sushi at tona. we got there a little later than planned and the wait was a lot longer than planned. it is ogden! who is eating out?!

so, we improvised! it turned into my favorite valentines ever. we blasted nelly's "just a dream" in the car, ordered dominos pizza (went to pizza hut to pick it up), got $1 drinks from McD's and ate at the office, tiff joined and it was a bonified PARTY. here again, if you sell pizza, OFFER PLATES! the paper towel and pizza combo does not work for me.

darren gave me gorgeous flowers and the sweetest note i have ever received and i gave him some fun honeymoon things...he blushed. i smiled. success!

after much debating, we decided the new furniture in our living room had to go. we have been decorating our living room with boxes, wrapping paper and garbage in general because we keep forgetting to take out our garbage and there is not a centimer of room to shove things in...SO we loaded up the back of the old pick up and headed out into one of the most beautiful nights I have EVER seen to find a new home for our garbage. luckily, we found a loving dumpster for our stuff not too far away and had it all out of the truck and into the dumpster in about 20 seconds for fear of being caught by new neighbors or cops.

last night we felt like a real couple...as in we have fun when our plans change, work hard together, laugh, and will be married in less than 72 hours! it must be love!
